Emily and Jesse
We had the privilege of photographing Emily and Jesse’s wedding a couple weeks ago. A couple years ago we photographed her sister, Lacey’s, wedding so it was nice seeing familiar faces. It couldn’t have been more beautiful. The wedding and reception were 2½ hours away so we got an early start on the day, arriving a bit early.
This little church is where Emily’s parents first met, and where her grandfather was a pastor. Lots of family memories here.
Emily’s Shoes.
Yes, she had to be “crochet-hooked” into her dress.
Jesse with the guys where they got dressed.
Emily almost ready.
Her dad, Ted, walking her down the aisle.
This image was a special request from Jesse.
Isn’t that sweet?
The kiss.
This scene is very special to Emily. I love how it came together.
No one knows what’s going on here.
This stained glass window is dedicated to Emily’s mother. Another meaningful detail in the church.
Leaving in a spray of rose petals tossed by the bridal party.
And, of course, the cake. Two schools represented in the groom’s cake.
The head table.
The grounds of the reception are amazing.
This is just beautiful.
The evening sun was pouring through the windows — I love how it shows here.
The first dance as a married couple.
At sunset, the clouds were looking amazing.
Having a little fun away from the crowd.
And, of course, the rings.
