Kelsey’s Second Session — Dublin Ohio Senior Pictures 2013

We met up with Kelsey a little while ago for her second senior session. As representative for Squier Photography, she gets to have a few sessions. She wanted some at the end of summer to go along with her session from last May. This time we went down to a dry creek bed to get some great backgrounds.

We started in a small field with an old chair:

Then we headed down to the creek bed with some wonderful rock backgrounds.

Amy and Molly — Class of 2013

This was a fun session! First, a little back-story. Every year for the past six summers we’ve taken a vacation to Sandy Cove in North East, Maryland. Yes, the name of the town really is North East and it’s in (you guessed it) the North-East part of Maryland, right at the headwaters of the Chesapeake Bay. Molly and Amy first met there and have been nearly inseparable every year. They’ve stayed in touch through Facebook, texts, Skype, and the occasional phone call.

To be able to do a “friends” session with the two of them was just natural, and we all had a lot of fun! The first session was in the evening then we followed up with another the next morning. Watch their slideshow for some of the top picks from their sessions.

Emma — Dublin Coffman HS Senior Pictures

Emma was so much fun in the studio the other day! She has a wonderful smile and brought some great outfits to her session. It ended up being unseasonably cold that day, so we did the outdoor part pretty quickly! She’s one of our representatives to Dublin Coffman High School, so if you know her, be sure to get one of her cards to get some free prints.

Alex — Dublin Coffman HS Senior Pictures

This session was great! Alex was here last week for one of our last Senior Rep sessions. We’ve gotten to know him a little with Coffman’s Theatre program and he has a bright acting future. Actors (almost) always have great portrait sessions because they take direction so well.

We’ll start with his slideshow and then move on to some highlights.

Niko — Thomas Worthington HS Senior Portraits

Niko is one of our Senior Representatives from Thomas Worthington High School. He was great both in the studio and outside. Take a look at his slideshow and then a few photos later on down the page.

This first image is in the studio at the beginning of the session:

Molly — Dublin Coffman HS Senior Pictures, Central Ohio

Molly’s session was so much fun. We decided to only do an outdoor session to start and we’ll pick up with an indoor session in a week or two. Molly is very special to us here at Squier Photography, and we promised to treat her “just like any other senior” but, well, that’s really tough to do when she’s your daughter. And the first kid in the family.

So, before I write something really embarrassing, I’ll just get on with the photos. But first check out the slideshow:

Kelsey — Dublin Coffman Class of 2013

We’ve been waiting for years for Kelsey to come in for her senior portraits. Seriously, at least once a year she’s come up to us and said that we’re doing her senior portraits. As one of our representatives at Coffman High School, she was able to get her portraits done early, and we had a fantastic time.

After being inside, we went out to Highbanks Metro Park in Powell. They go there a lot as a family, so it’s special to them. We thought it would be apporporiate.

There were lots of flowers around so we used them to our advantage. I love how her eyes look in this next one.

Madison — Dublin Jerome HS Senior Pictures

Madison is a friend I met last summer on our church’s youth group mission trip in Pennsylvania. We were on the same work team. I was thrilled when she decided to become one of our first senior reps for the class of 2013. What that means is that if you get a card from her (or tell us she sent you) when you have us photograph you for your senior portraits, you can get some free prints.

The weather was really cold and icky on Saturday when she was here, so we decided to do most of her session in the studio. We managed to go outside for a few images but it was pretty cold. We’ll do more outdoor portraits once it warms up a little more. For now, take a look at her slideshow and see a few portraits below.

We are now accepting applications to represent Squier Photography (and Columbus Senior Portraits) for the Class of 2013!
Attention: High School Juniors!
Now Recruiting Senior Representatives!
Receive a discounted session plus other perks!

Who are we looking for? Current High School Juniors who are willing to have a fun and creative session late in their Junior Year of school and then tell their friends all about Squier Photography.

Initial session for $50 plus tax. You will receive cards to pass out to friends. Each time a friend either returns a card or mentions that you referred them, you will receive:

1 Referral: Receive 2 Accordion Mini Books Plus $10 cash.
2 or More Referrals: Receive $10 cash for each referral.

Your initial senior session must occur in the early to mid spring of your junior year. Most of “Senior Season” in this area is during the summer between the junior and senior year of high school. By doing your session in the spring of your junior year, we are able to get referral cards to you before school is out for the summer. This will allow you to have a much better chance of sending referrals our way.

For Senior Rep sessions we encourage you to be creative in choosing clothes, props, locations, etc. Get your interests involved in your session! Have fun with it! We often use these sessions to try out new locations, poses, etc. so if you have an idea, just ask, we are probably willing to try it!

We think this is too early for you to have to do your senior portraits, so we allow you to come and do up to 2 other sessions at any time during your senior year or the summer before your senior year. These sessions can be just you again, it could be a friends session with several of your friends or it can be a family session. It is up to you and your parents! To receive these additional sessions, you must have referred at least one person to us before you are eligible to receive the session.

To get started, use our online application or download our application (in PDF format). Fill it out and then call us to go over your application. Our phone number is 614-798-0189. You’ll need to schedule your first session in March, April, or early May. It’s already March, so keep that in mind. We can’t wait to hear from you!
